Hybrid Fit is a Gym like no other Gym. I have been attending for 2 years and would never go to another Gym. My reasons:

I’ve been training with Hybrid Fit for just over a year and that, in itself, is a huge achievement. Previous attempts at being consistent with exercise have only ever lasted for 3 months maximum. This achievement is 100% thanks to Dave at Hybrid Fit alongside the amazing members that I get to train with every week.

The small group sessions are perfect as they allow you to get that one on one coaching, to see real progression, alongside the motivation from the other people training with you. I’ve failed with other gyms in the past because I’ve either been intimated right off the bat or I’ve got to a point where I need help in order to lift more but never had anyone to approach for help.

Hybrid Fit is such a friendly atmosphere, l’ve never once felt judged or intimidated. Dave is great at modifying exercises to suit each individual. This is particularly helpful for me and my chocolate knees! I never thought l’d say that I look forward to the gym but I was genuinely excited to get back to it on 2nd Jan after the Christmas break. If you’re thinking about joining, do it. You won’t find a more welcoming group and every session is a great workout but more importantly a good giggle. Exercise should be fun after all.

The equipment has just been increased and improved further so more fun to be had! This place really cares about how you are doing and about helping you achieve your goals. You see, we’re a little bit different from a big corporate gym, a CrossFit box or Bootcamp. We DON’T cram as many people into sessions as possible. We only train people one-to-one, in small groups or group personal training.

This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
